IRLifeCoach was started in 2019 by Palash, an experiential coach who got tired of watching smart people stay stuck in the same loop for years. Built on practical relationship dynamics, communication frameworks, and goal-oriented accountability to help you break out of overthinking loops.

Most clients arrive with the answer in their pocket. The job isn’t to install new beliefs, it’s to help you hear the one you’ve been arguing with for months.

Method

Forward-looking.

We don’t do ‘trauma dumping as catharsis’. We map the loop, name the pattern, then rehearse the next move, repeatedly, until it becomes a default.

Boundary

Coaching, not therapy.

If you need a clinical level of care (active crisis, severe trauma, diagnosis), we refer out. A good referral is part of the work, not a failure of it.

The person

Palash.

Palash is recognized as a dedicated relationship communication specialist and life coach. He built his coaching practice around the patterns he kept seeing in his own circles, smart, self-aware people who could name the loop but couldn’t get out of it.

He coaches in English and Hindi, leads the dating and communication work, and answers every intro call personally.

Akhilesh.

Akhilesh is IRLifeCoach's post-marital specialist. He works with married couples on communication repair, post-betrayal clarity, and the decisions that follow: rebuild or separate with dignity. He also leads the premarital track, covering the conversations most couples never have before marrying.

He coaches in English and Hindi. Sessions with Akhilesh are booked after the free clarity call, once we have agreed he is the right fit for your situation.
