IRLifeCoach was started in 2019 by Palash Kaushik and Akhilesh Shrimore — APA-certified coaches who got tired of watching smart people stay stuck in the same loop for years. The work blends attachment science, CBT-style exposure, and a healthy suspicion of reassurance.

We don’t do ‘trauma dumping as catharsis’. We map the loop, name the pattern, then rehearse the next move — repeatedly, until it becomes a default.
Coaching, not therapy.
If you need a clinical level of care — active crisis, severe trauma, diagnosis — we refer out. A good referral is part of the work, not a failure of it.
