What we collect
Name, email, phone number (if you book), and the contents of the form you submit. We don’t collect anything we don’t need.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your data. We don’t share it with partners, employers, or platforms. We don’t add you to a marketing list. We don’t run trackers across the web.
How long we keep it
Booking records: 7 years (tax). Coaching notes: 12 months after our last session, then destroyed on request. Form submissions: 90 days, then deleted. You can ask us to delete any of it at any time.
Where it lives
Form submissions go to a private email inbox hosted on a single-tenant provider. Records are stored encrypted at rest. Backups are encrypted and rotated weekly.
Your rights
Email irlifecoachindia@gmail.com and we’ll send you everything we have on you within 7 days, or delete it. No ID required, no portal to log into, no runaround.
Cookies
None tracking. None advertising. The site sets a small preference cookie only if you change the theme (which we don’t currently offer — it’s there for the future).
